Purchasing Travel Insurance from AXA Assistance was pretty clear and straightforward done online.
Prior to our trip I called AXA to discuss my medical status that somewhat deteriorated close to our departure date. AXA representative clearly explained to me how to deal with such case if it become necessary to cancel our trip.
