The Squaremouth Customer Service people were wonderful! They were very nice and helpful. One young man that I spoke with several times with various questions was superb because he was so knowledgeable and an expert at comparing the various details of different trip coverage. He assisted me in getting a TinLeg coverage to assist in trip insurance (AD&D) that wasn’t previously covered. I am sorry that I do not remember hid name; it may have been James.
When I called the travel assistance phone number it gave a prompt for non-emergency help but then the call never went anywhere.

I am waiting to hear back from the rental company. They are claiming we damaged the car. I sent them in pictures we took before we got in. If they try to say we owe them, I intend to file a claim. We did not damage the car.
