They refused to pay the claim. Extremely disappointed with them. You took my money then gave me the run around and never paid it. Very dissatisfied

My parents had to cancel their trip after my father had a medical episode and was medically advised to cancel his travel plans.
Filed the claim and immediately contacted the company to ask what was needed. We went back and forth twice, maybe three times but not for anything unreasonable, and their responses were within a reasonable time frame of 2-3 weeks.
Today, without notice, we received the full amount of our claim. Three months start to finish. Would recommend.

One of the two travelers got Covid 2 days before departure, and we had to cancel the trip. We sent in a claim and are awaiting a resolution.

I like Squaremouth as a comparison tool. I honestly don't know the advantage to booking through Squaremouth vs directly with the provider. Any claims that I have made over the many years of buying trip insurance have only involved the insurer.
