On July 27 I called you and spoke to Rhonda who was very helpful. I explained that we left the U.S. on June 28 for Reykjavik, Iceland to begin a cruise on the Greg Mortimer on July 1. The trip was cancelled as the ship got caught in pack ice and destroyed a propeller and was towed to northern Norway for repair. We were given half price off a shorter cruise departing Swalvard on July 8 and had to make our way there. She told me that I would receive an email with a link to the claim form. I'm still waiting for that link. Please advise. We kept all receipts regarding this.

We did not have to use the additional coverage, however, it allowed a peace of mind if we needed to asked for support. The trip was great. We explored the country both north, south, east and west. We returned healthy and happy to be home.
While at an Airbnb in Italy, the house was broken into and robbed of all our cash and everything valuable. Dealing with Airbnb has been a nightmare. I am glad I purchased trip insurance, but my stolen jewlery is only worth $500 per a person according to the policy. It is obviously better than nothing, but not anywhere close to the value of my stolen items.

We had a theft while in an Airbnb in Italy. I am getting the runaround from everyone other than Berkshire Hathaway. Once I sent our police report and receipts in, we quickly received pay out on our policy. I will definitely use them again for travel. I will never use Airbnb again. They ruined our vacation.
After purchasing my policy, I extended my vacation dates. I called customer service and easily had my policy modified. It was done quickly and with friendly help.
The woman I spoke to was polite, professional and most helpful . Due to circumstances beyond my control , we needed to change our original travel dates ..
