We extended our insurance by 60 days directly through IMG. They were very courteous and efficient when I called them. The price was great and the types of coverage are perfect for our situation. Thank you fir providing the tool to search the many options available on the market.

I bought the policy because it covered preexsiting conditions.

There wasn't much pre-departure interaction before travel. I bought the insurance 6 months prior to traveling.

I got sick on the cruise and quarantined and a $400 medical bill. Can I submit a claim for this?

Purchasing travel insurance through Square Mouth was easy and user-friendly. I have no complaints about the process.

I canceled my policy before my trip and obtained a refund because the contract says that Squaremouth discriminates against people with HIV. I then purchased a policy from a competitor. Squaremouth’s procedure for obtaining a refund was awkward.

Due to a work conflict I had to change my dates of travel (and my policy)...it was no problem and I really appreciated it. I love the peace of mind that this travel insurance provides, especially the medical coverage when I'm out of my insurance network.

it was done professionally and easily. would use them again. it was not necessary to file a claim so can't comment on how that might have gone. thank you.

I recommend it to all those that travel out of the country without insurance, which are the majority.
