IMG customers have noted that the customer service is attentive both before and during their trips, especially when they need to modify their policies. Some customers have experienced difficulties with the online claims portal and uploading documents. However, IMG has recently improved its claims process to make it more efficient and transparent for customers.

    WHEN SIGNING UP FOR THE POLICY THE PERSON I TALKED TO WAS VERY HELPFUL. UPON RETURN FROM MY TRIP TO NEW ZEALAND (MARCH 9TH)
    I CONTACTED YOUR COMPANY BY PHONE REGARDING A CLAIM I WILL BE FILING FROM THE HOSPITAL (I WAS EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS OF A HEART ATTACK). THE PERSON I SPOKE TO INSTRUCTED ME TO FILE MY CLAIM ON LINE. UPON RECEIPT OF A BILL I WILL PROCEED TO DO SO. IF YOU WISH TO TALK TO ME REGARDING THIS CLAIM I CAN BE REACHED AT 818-366-1818.

    ANY FUTURE TRIPS I TAKE I WILL CERTAINLY USE YOUR COMPANY TO COVER MY TRAVEL INSURANCE NEEDS.

    I spoke with Chetura from Customer Service who walked me through How to File a Claim. She answered all my question regarding my claim. She is very professional and knowledgeable at her job. She should be commended. Currently I am waiting for proper documents then I will contact Chetura and submit my claim.

    i gave to them all the documents needed in my claim, i don't know how many hours i was stranded in the airport in Taipie, Taiwan because of China Airlines Crew Strike on that day February 8, 2018, I think it is more than 12 hours. China Airline did not gave us food, so i bought my own food in the airport worth $11.11. iTravelinsured sent me a check worth $11.11 only for the food, what about the time delayed in my travel back to California there is no explanation and it is part of my benefit.

    I filed a claim on March 4, 2019. As of today, March 13, I have heard nothing from the Claims Dept. I would appreciate getting a confirmation of receipt of the claim.

    You have had ample time for my valid claim..I was not responsible for the nationally known storm in my part of Ca. Nor am I responsible for not being able to get my plane for the ship..I have travel insurance because of situations like this..I did not cause the weather...and I rxpect some service. Not in another 4 weeks..I am a seasoned traveler and not a insurance scammer..Your response service is terrible..I have talked to your agents several times...Youhave all documents...M Lewis

    I always carry on my luggage. However in a flight from Miami-Chicago, all carry on bins were full, so AA checked my luggage through. When I picked up my suitcase in Chicago, it had been damaged and could not be repaired. This is the essence of my claim

    Read the email exchange from the bottom up.
    Initial claim filed late September 2018. Responded to their requests for payment and medical documentation.
    After an initial non response they finally received the medical records 1/10/19.
    I have escalated the request twice. Still no response.
