Great coverage, not too expensive.
IMG customer service does not change or correct anything like if we want to edit anything on the policy. They ask us to write an email .
They should be able to correct it ,save our time by writing email. specially when we are calling with in 24 hours of writing.
Thanks
They made a determination I agreed with after reading my policy and limits. It took a couple weeks after claim submission but payment was super quick within a day after.
My claim is T13437
TCLI084552962
I had to cancel my flight because of Conjuctivitis(pink eye). The doctor advise me that it is highly contagious and prescribed drops for 3 days. I gave IMG the doctor documents but IMG giving me hard time because they want the doctor to fill out a form asking him if he advised me not to fly. I don't have access to the doctor now because he is not my primary doctor. I will be contacting NYS department of insurance and finance for guidance and complain. You are quick to collect policy money but to process a claim becomes an issue.
I interacted with IMG when I realized that I would need to extend my trip and was very disappointed to learn that the only extension I could get would be for medical coverage, not trip insurance. In addition, the medical coverage was secondary, not primary, and it seemed rather expensive--almost as much as I paid for my entire trip insurance prior to the extension. That's why I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 stars.
I just filed my claim today July 29 2024 - email me again in 1 month

as per policy, IMG trip interruption coverage paid 100% of my hotel bill (1 night)
plus the taxi from airport to hotel
So far so good. No vomplaints. All interactions have been very goood.
Seven Corners travel insurance claim was filed when One in a party of 3 could not travel due to breaking his back which resulted in surgery. The insurance company made the process difficult and then denied the claim all based on a wrong date used on the travel reciept ( the date of injury instead of date of cancellation was used and they had a small print that said you could not cancel before seeing a doctor and the first doctor visit was 2 days after date of injury) I had to file a request for review. I had to get more paper work from the
Airlines and resort
Because they would not
Accept the cancellation receipts. They finally paid 6 months later, however it was difficult, and a lot of extra work to collect.
Had a question covering a last minute destination change due to the host property. Handled well by customer service.
Did submit claim for medical expenses and sent the only documentation I had - to IMGlobal early July upon return home
Claim reference # T12637 policy # TSCE084418952-1
Waiting for response
Had been on vacation in Istanbul - was seen at local ER for eye infection and filled prescription. The only document i have is the prescription from the ER that shows the hospital and the doctor info . I did not submit taxi fare to and from ER as taxi issued no receipts to me but all can be verified by tour guide who escorted me to and from ER - and who is the very person who for all tours recommends squaremouth insurance products to all clients.
