So far so good

Easy to buy insurance from them and they answered my questions. I did not have to file a claim, so I cannot speak to their competency and response in that regard.

Called repeatedly, told to call at a later date, did that, same response.

Our plane flight was. cancelled. three times and our trip delayed causing us to miss two days of our tour. we had to fly. into a different airport closer to our tour bus and hire a driver to get us to our bus location. our luggage was lost when we got there and had to wait for it to get to us. we had to by some items and pay for meals which would not had to Because meals were included in our tour coshering information to support our claim .

This is a terrible company. Won’t respond to my claim after filing all documents. Horrible claim forms and customer service. Have finally paid a small portion of claim but have ignored the largest part of claim for trip interruption. Looks like will have to file suit. You should not ever offer IMG as an option with their poor customer service service

You only know how good a policy is until you need to use it. It wasn't clear to me whether this policy covered parts of our trip. Because I have another Good Sam policy that covers overseas travel, I believed I was covered.
