IMG Travel Insurance Reviews

I am not satisfied with the experience. I submitted a claim July 20. The website says it will take fifteen days to process. It is now eighteen days out. When I called to inquire, I am told that it will take thirty days. Isn’t that a lack of information.

I can't speak about a claims experience because thankfully I didn't have one. The purchase experience was really good. I did cal and ask some questions and got myself and my daughter taken care of. It was very reasonably priced and done quickly. So yes, I will use SquareMouth again. dp

We are filing a Trip Delay claim for the last segment of our flights being canceled. We are waiting to find out how much United Airlines will refund us before we can finish the claim to IMG. Since we hav not actually experienced the service with
iMG, I can not provide a rating.

My interaction with IMG customer service was to change the beginning date of our trip to include a few days of sightseeing in the Northwest, Washington and Oregon, before our Alaska cruise. The representative made the change quickly with the total amount of time on the phone was less than 3 minutes. Great service from IMG.

It was easy to purchase this travel insurance policy. Thank you.

Claim process ok so far.

DO NOT PURCHASE INURANSE FROM THIS COMPANY IMG/iTravelInsured Choice. They do not pay claims. They have terrible customer, their representatives will lie to you and then they will hide the telephone recordings.
I am now going to sue them in small claims court where i know i will beat them on the terms of their contract.

I am still waiting to hear back from IMG regarding my claim.
