please finalize my claim and advise ...
IMG took very long to respond and provide info. They kept saying 7-12 biz days but was more like 30-45.
I told them that if they knew they were busy not to send out boiler plate responses with unrealistic expectations
I have been in contact with IMG. My only real concern is that their web site is useless in filing a claim. It appears to be a tech support issue. I can not find a way to contact their TS to resolve the issue. Without the website, filing ability it is very time consuming to complete a claim.
Also be aware I am able to log into their site but any further input is impossible. I have tried using 3 divises without any luck.
Any assistance with this matter would be appreciated.

My claim was totally completed in one month. Awesome. I began the claim process on Oct 21, 2025. Received the check on Nov 20, 2025. Not sure why claim wasn't sent directly to my bank as I had filed out the ACH form. But that's ok. Only negative is the web site is useless for filing the claim. Done all through emails. I recommend IMG. Just opened another policy yesterday.
I have submitted a claim which is now being studied. Consequently I cannot assign a “grade” at this time.

Fairly quick decision. I’m very happy with the decision.
I had to cancel my trip at the very last minute due to a family medical emergency. I filed the claim on September 11 and received payment 6 weeks later on October 22. Although I was happy that only $50 of the claim was denied, I did have nudge the processing of the claim along several times.

Canceled trip on 7/13 while traveling on a Viking cruise 7/6-15/2025 and had a medical emergency. Cost of the Canard cruise was $7,900. Canard issued a refund of $4,240.42 and airlines issued credits for $550.96. We filled a claim for $3,108.62 and supplied all the documentation they requested. They have been running us around since 7/25/2025 and my next step is to get an attorney and let them handle it. Not a happy customer Jerry and Pat Wehr 864-787-5541
It took 3 phone calls to understand difference better trip cancellation and delay. And we had both once a flight was cancelled. The first agents had no understanding. And there is a separate for trip delay that the agent said I could fill out and email in with documents. Not sure that worked so I think I have to go back although I can’t find the form on the website. And the old fashioned bank statement or list of charges no longer exists in the modern bank reporting so not sure how to document that a charge was paid.
Still not sure if I have submitted what was needed for my claim.
Hard to answer questions about claim. Husband had a medical issue to happen 2 weeks before leaving. Filed a claim, but it is still being processed. Notified of claim 9/26/2025. Added additional material around October 8. Still processing.
