Super helpful to have your live person help as I sorted through insurance options. We needed only trip cancellation/interruption, but not health insurance coverage. And we will be filing one smaller claim (cost for a new shorter flight ticket we had to pay for on the fly due to flight delays). I was confident in answers the IMG representative gave me.
I went to medical due to a severe soar throat and congestion. They took a Covid test and then I went back the next day to have them check it again. It was acute nasopharyngitis. How do I submit my bill to you.
I just submitted more paperwork to support our claim. It's for $702, due to John Cappert not being able to scuba dive the last 4 days of our trip. He contacted a UTI, and the only medical personnel at the resort was a nurse, who wasn't any help. When we returned, he went to urgent care and received antibiotics to treat the UTI.
Called claims & was told it would be denied since I had received a partial reimbursement from travel agency. That I could only be considered for reimbursement after I returned the $ to travel agency, as I could I only be reimbursed for the full amount - but that didn’t guarantee my claim would be honored. When I asked where on the policy it stayed that, I was directed to a couple different possible page #’s. NONE of which said that.
