No issues. Easy to sign up and enroll.

I needed to call them to increase the value of my trip. They were very helpful with this.

It may have been a bit more expensive, but it was important to have waiver of pre-existing conditions, and even though I didn’t need it, they allow it outside the usual restrictive 14-21 days from first payment related to the trip.

IMG customer service put pressure on me to file a claim while I was in the middle of multiple medical problems including a hospitalization.
Threatened to reduce my benefits if I did not file a claim while I was still traveling.

IMG representative was helpful in explaining how to adjust coverage to accommodate additional coverage items.

I’m glad to make decisions to have IMG coverage, hassle free , peace of mind, I would recommend anyone would have IMG coverage on your travel

Doe snot allow for correct time to be entered in flights
ONLY 900 WORD LIMIT FOR DESCRIPTION is not enough.
Even if you done have a document for a issue, you cannot submit the claim except rename the same file and reoad?
Phone call promised for call back never happens-waiting for over 48 hours

Good Travel Insurance protection.

Very simple process to obtain the travel insurance that I wanted. Easy process and the price was affordable and reasonable. I did not end up having to file a claim, but it was nice to have the peace of mind that I was covered in the event of a problem with my tour.
