I always buy insurance thru a tour company that we often travel with. This time we were on our own - Edinburgh & Greece (land,an overnight tour, & 2 wks sailing). Alot of money and a few flights on the line & always want medical coverage. It was very very helpful to talk to a knowledgeable person about the coverage we bought.

We went through Squaremouth and purchased travel insurance through CSA. Less than a week before the cruise date, my brother got sick and entered the hospital. We flew to Tennessee (from Idaho), and shortly before our cruise date he died and we were required to cancel our cruise so we could make final arrangements for him. The agent at CSA was very helpful and the processing of our claim went smoothly. We are very happy we bought this coverage through Squaremouth, and will do business with them again.

The person I spoke to was very helpful. Therefore, I was assured I had the coverage I wanted. This was the second time I took travel insurance with Squaremouth and will definitely do so again.

I did reach out to customer service with inquiry regarding cancelling for health reasons. I was responded to immediately and given the proper source for answers. No need to use at any other time. We would not hesitate to purchase in the future for other travel plans!

When I had questions about the policy I was purchasing, the phone was answered immediately (no long wait time on hold), the agent was knowledgeable and courteous. We didn't file a claim so I don't know how effective the services would be if they were needed, but the purchase experience and accessibility of agents made me feel confident that I was working with a competent and reliable company.

Straight forward claims paperwork. Received exactly what we submitted for. Make sure you have the right coverage and the process works as expected. Will continue to use as we travel in retirement.

I called them before our trip to determine whether I could alter the policy to cover an additional week of travel. They told me that if I had bought the policy from them directly, I would be able to do so, but because I had bought it through Squaremouth this would not be possible. For this reason, I plan to buy directly from CSA Travel Protection in the future.
