No policy or information received before the trip. Receiving some detailed infromation electronically would add to the confidence that my wife and I were covered. No doubt CSA is a reputable company as other reviews have confirmed. Just need some printed data to take on the trip. Thank you.

Although i finished a trip to Greece with my daughter. I am still a way from home. That is the reason why i can't continue with the claim. It will be done in the coming week. Thank you for the help so far after my mobile phone disappeared.

I did not have to make any claim. It was convenient to be able to add the policy directly to the Passbook App on the smartphone.

Application and process with quick and essentially painless

Information was provided before the trip adequately. Since we didn't make a claim I had no further contact with them.

No claim- service upfront on policy was fine

Thankfully we did not have to use the insurance.

Have not yet filed claim. Awaiting info from agent so cannot speak to how CSA responds to claim.
