It's to be determined concerning my overall experience because I still have to wait for a call back to go over my claim. Still a little concerned.

We have now used Tin Leg for 3 international trips. We have received excellent customer service, and thankfully we have had no issues that required us to file claims.

It would be most helpful if you could explain that adding additional air and hotel purchases will be covered as well after the initial purchase of trip insurance.

Coverage is very clear cut and is adjustable based on needs.

I did not file a claim so I have very little experience with Tin Leg. I did contact the customer service center prior to purchase of the policy. All of these interactions where very friendly and my questions were always answered.

Forbes Magazine article pointed me to you and I selected you from other companies based on the best mix of price and coverage. I am glad not to have needed to make a claim but I was confident I would have had your support if I had a claim to make.

Tin Leg is easy to work with. We've made changes to our policy before without any problems.
