Your representatives were helpful in explaining the policy in general and answered all my questions. Thankfully we remained healthy during our trip and did not need to use the policy but we had peace of mind that it was there if needed. We felt it gave us good coverage for the price if it was needed and allowed us the flexibility to return home if needed. We especially liked the part that allowed us to return home/cancel the rest of our trip if my elderly mom needed us. Will use you again when traveling outside the US.

While we were already in Norway, Havila Coastal Cruises cancelled out trip. We actually thought it was a phishing email at first looking for our credit care number. But no it was not. I did not know what to do as Havila's business office was closed for the next 48 hours. I called Tin Leg and was told to call another phone number who told me this was not the correct dept. either. I sent an email and got a response back from a R. Root who suggested I work this out with the cruise line.
We couldn't find another coastal trip that went that day and so we did manage to change our itinerary but could not get north. The plane tickets from the end point, Trondheim to Stockholm were now useless. We have been trying to get Havila to reimburse us for them, but so far we have had no luck or response.
We did get them to reimburse us for the Cruise itself. There were a lot of additional expenses incurred by the change of itinerary and last minute bookings. We feel that the trip insurance representative should have helped us figure out our next steps and tell us what kind of reimbursement we can receive for the cancellation/interruption.
Can we get reimbursed at least for the unused flights from the end of cruise location. Is there anyone at Tin Leg who is willing to help us with this?

It is always reassuring to know we have this policy when we travel. We have so many people having issues with no recourse.
I would highly recommend that all travelers consider getting travel insurance even if they don't have any health issues. You never know.
