Everything was easy, questions were answered. Felt like I was trying to be upsold for policy coverage I did not need, but overall everything was clarified and easy to navigate.

So far it's been a great experience. However I did need to file a claim so it remains to be seen how that will go!

I called to review the plan with a rep. They were informative and helpful. I felt a sense of peace knowing I had the insurance. Worth every penny! The cost was also very reasonable.

It was unclear whether I needed to cover the entire trip cost. I contacted customer service who made it clear, but it would have been better if it was clear without interaction. The site implied yes, but since I was purchasing to late for cancellation for any cause coverage, it wasn't needed.

I claimed Tin Leg regarding baggage delay several days ago. However, nobody contacted me until now.

Everyone was very cooperative. I purchased the policy for a different trip that was cancelled, but we were able to transfer the policy to this trip.

The customer service rep from Tin Leg was very helpful.
