Perfect customer service to clarify questions on Covid-19

When I had to postpone the cruise twice , the Tin Leg person I talked to was most helpful and cooperative.

Easy to purchase and the price was good too. It was nice to know we had a back up insurance if an emergency arises. However, we did not have to file a claim.

Tin Leg is an outstanding choice. While using Squaremouth takes some time to use, it is the best & easiest I found, and the only one I plan to use in the future.

The one request I hope Tin Leg sees, is that I already own a 5-year medical evacuation policy from another company. Some high-end credit cards include Medical Evacuation coverage. When I buy travel insurance, it also includes medical evacuation insurance, so I am paying for it twice. Please offer a travel insurance policy with everything EXCEPT medical evacuation.

My biggest problem is that there are so many gaps in travel insurance. Even if you buy "cancel for any reason" you have to cancel 2-3 days before the trip. If a border closes after that deadline passes, you are screwed. Why can't you come up with a product that has less gaps in coverage.
