October 27, 2021. The insurance contract explains the benefits, limits and conditions in a very detailed description. The customer service center is available for extended hours. The process of examining and purchasing the insurance policy was organized and easy.
So far I have only contacted to see if I could add a rental car to the policy. I was told no. But they were very pleasant. I will be filing a claim. Our luggage went missing on our return.
Communication with Tin Leg claim dept was excellent. They were clear on the documentation need and continuously followed up to see if I required assistance. Time lines provided were accurate. The outcome was beyond my expectations.
