I filed a "Missed Connection" claim almost 3 months ago, contacted provider and Squaremouth many times, heard many promises but my claim is still pending with no result in sight.
The form that is provided to complete is not clear. It says to attach documents. But yet later, the representative informs me to send emails directly to him. I spent unnecessary time creating documents to attach to the form as instructions said.
Like many companies out there, waiting time on line is excessive, but manageable .
