    Very cumbersome not very clear on denial and provide a very wide scope reason that allow company to deny anything. I will never use this company again for my multiple year travels. And go back to a more reputable provider.

    Everything worked as advertised. We had a 2 day delay due to weather at DFW that caused us to miss the first 2 days of our trip in South Africa. We had hotels to buy at DFW and missed activities on the trip. It took a few tries to get all of the necessary supporting documentation submitted, but once done Tin Leg is reimbursing us up to the limit of the policy. I would use them again for sure. :-) It was very easy to deal with their team and the coverage was pretty thorough. Nice to know if something really bad happened that they would be there.

    Nothing further at the moment except would be very helpful to have a dedicated single point person assigned and accessible for any given policy purchase that has the authority to resolve any specific issues regarding a trip eventhough rarely used or needed.
