I have a legitimate claim and they denied it because I listed my US address instead of my Ecuador address on the application because I can’t receive mail in Ecuador ( they have no postal system). My trip originated in Ecuador, went to the US, which is why I bought travel insurance, then returned to Ecuador. We needed medical insurance while we were in the US, which is why we bought the policy.
Once all the required documents were provided Tin Leg was very prompt in handling my claim. Delays were caused by my primary insurance processing the claim and providing documentation.

The advertisement said-Feel free to call us with any changes. I called before buying because I was uncertain about the other grandmother coming so I wanted to know what info I would need on hand if she decided to come. The rep said there was no changes allowed after purchase.
