Your policy is reasonably priced and covered most of my requisites.But I was really disappointed that I could not extend my insurance for 12 days. Due to several personal, but not emergency reasons. I wanted to leave later from my departing country. I contacted customer service and they informed me that only in a medical emergency or other serious matters like a death in my immediate family could guarantee an extension of my policy. Also what surprised me that medical extension is for 7 days only. In some serious conditions like a broken limb, 7 days will not be enough for a person to fly again. There is also the danger of flying so soon after an operation, 10 days are the least to avoid an embolism.
Therefore I will recommend Squaremouth to friends and family, but I will warn them about the limitations.

I was very pleased with the way my claim was handled. Tin Leg acted promptly, accepted my claim for hospitalization and the result forfeiting of fees paid in advance for tours I was unable to complete because of the hospitalization, and promptly paid my claim. I am very pleased with Tin Leg.

The customer service department answered my concerns about my father in law when we were told that he had developed a glioblastoma multiform brain cancer and only had a few months to live which could have caused his death during our cruise. My wife was relieved to find out we were covered, just in case.
