serveral months prior to my trip, i thought i might have to cancel. i sent an email to discuss the issue and, in less than 24 hours, received a response as well as an opportunity to meet with a representative. although cancellation was not necessary, i was impressed by the responsiveness to my inquiries.

Although my experience was good, I was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours explaining the outcome of my proposed claim. I never received a call back. My initial call was on a Sunday Afternoon regarding a medication that I had left behind. I wanted to get that medication by shipping from home and I needed help or advise to get it to me.
After final claims paperwork was received by Tin Leg it took 3 weeks to receive payment. Seemed excessive since I had sent everything they had requested.

The service representative was very professional and helpful. The insurance gave us peace of mind knowing if something were to happen we would have help.

Waiting for Tin Leg to call me back to interview me about the claim. This waiting period will be almost 30 days.
People are helpful and pleasant. Time for waiting for a response was excessive.
Fortunately there was no need to file a claim. And because of that there is no way to really gauge the claim processing phase and make an assessment.
