My experience with Tin Leg was excellent. The did exactly what I had hoped for and exactly what they represented themselves as doing. I am getting ready to purchase another policy with them. I would gladly recommend them. Also, I always use Squaremouth to begin my search. And always recommend them.

I required some assistance to update my travel plans (after I had already purchased the policy), and the customer service representative I spoke with was professional and made the process easy for me. I became ill on our cruise and saw the doctor twice - will be submitting claim to our primary insurance first as I believe they will pay some. Then we will be able to send you an explanation of benefits.

I called prior to departure to clarify something with a rep. That went smoothly. The policy appears to be good value, however our trip went well and we did not have to file a claim.

Tin Leg allows me to compare insurance plans/companies for rates and items covered. I called an agent for more clarification and it was helpful. I received my policy documents on line immediately. Luckily, I didn't need to file a claim. I also liked that companies who do not respond to complaints or resolve them satisfactorily are no longer included in Tin Leg's list. I read the customer reviews on Tin Leg and they were helpful. Nice to know Tin Leg also responds to the customer when a complaint is filed.
