    The process was smooth and straight forward, but most importantly, our claim representative, Kelly Calkins, was very responsive and always returned our call or email in a timely fashion.

    We filed a claim, including all necessary documentation, which was handled judicially and settled promptly. The Vice President of Squaremouth emailed us to enquire whether our claim had been processed - we were impressed with his concern and happy to assure him it had already been settled. We will certainly use Tin Leg for all our future travel insurance as the website is very easy to navigate, choices are set out clearly, payment is on a safe site and the policy document is promptly confirmed and emailed.

    This was very easy to obtain. I gave the wrong address on my info and emailed the changes and the followed through right away with a new card. I was glad I didn't have to use it but was glad to know it was there is needed.

    I requested a one day extension on the policy and was never able to get that from either Squaremouth or Tin Leg despite several attempts and verbal assurances that it would be possible.

    My boyfriend had a motorcycle accident a month before our trip. Even with physical therapy, he was still unable to walk without pain nor without the aid of a cane. 2 days before our trip, we saw his doctor who said that he hadn't healed enough to go so we reluctantly cancelled our trip. We filed a claim. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful and we received a full refund in a very timely manner. Very happy with Squaremouth and Tin Leg. Highly recommend and will definitely use for all future trips.

    We filed a claim for emergency medical for both my husband and I while we were in China. While the original claim was processed in a reasonable amount of time, the amount we received for our claim was just over $180 for over a $1750.00 claim. We had to process more paperwork for an appeal and wait again. Finally, an agent from Seven Corners called and we discussed the difference in the claim. She kept insisting that we had received the correct amount for our claim and they had used a conversion rate of .01111 something. The conversion rate we used while we were in China was something like 6.5555 or something like that. She kept insisting that we had received the correct amount and finally said the "Japanese Yen" converted to ..... at that point, I told her we were in CHINA and the conversion was for a "Chinese Yuan"!! That is where our insurance policy was issued for. If she had not mentioned Japanese, I doubt that the issued would have ever been resolved and I would have been out about $1550 for my valid claim. A check is in the mail now (I hope), but I was not happy with the entire situation and the many months to get our claim processed.

    Your coverage has been tailor made for us. We have used you for our last 2 trips - one to India of 6 weeks and 1 to Mexico for a week.

    We don't need trip cancellation or any of that kind of insurance, we need great medical coverage, which you offer.

    We will use you for our future trips around the globe.
