Never sick a day in her life, 85 year old Betty became suddenly ill with multiple life threatening issues. Tin Leg was on the phone with us very early in the process and tried to help coordinate her Emergency Evacuation. Note to all travelers: make sure you have a doctor with admitting privileges on the home end or you will not be transported. Betty was eventually stable enough to commercially fly but was hospitalized in the mean time. We kept impeccable records and in contact with TL/Square Mouth. The reimbursement was perfect, timely and no hassle. Thank you. Thank you.

A bit slow processing the claim.

7 corners lost first submission of claim. I had to resubmit claim 2nd time.

This is the second claim I have had with Tin Leg. The first was for about $5000; the second only $170. Both were handled quickly and satisfactorily.

All things considered, the claim process was fairly easy. We're glad we'd chosen the primary medical option. We were not reimbursed for the transportation cost to and from the hospital emergency room. Reimbursing that medical-related expense would have earned Tin Leg the highest score.
