Highly rated. Liked the comprehensive aspect. Would recommend. Seemed awfully expensive. Enquiry regarding increasing coverage slightly for additional three days was handled promptly, but cost way too much.

I will know more after I make my claim. So far they have been helpful. I am gathering my documents and will let you know when my claim is processed.

The experience of enrolling online was fine. I had one question which was quickly answered by customer service. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim which is how it should be. The only issue I see is Square Mouth owning certain of the insurance carriers that it offers. Recommending companies that you own can be a bit dicey. But again, I had no issues on my trip and no reason to file a claim.

So far I have good experience with Tin Leg. Especially when I all the customer service always I get someone to answer me. I am yet to file a claim. Will provide more feedback once my claim is processed.

i MADE THIS CLAIM IN oCTOBER. i HAVE JUST RECEIVED 2 OF THE 5 CHECKS DUE TO ME...AS OF 1-19-15, THERE WAS A MESS UP ON THE CLAIM FORM....THEY HOPE TO CORRECT IT BY THIS WEEK.

Having travel insurance is peace of mind. There were no health problems on this trip, but one never knows. It's responsible traveling to buy a policy.

Customer service was helpful when I called completely stressed out from a canceled night flight with 6 teenagers & no luggage. I just printed my paperwork to file a claim.
