Documentation received extremely fast. Can't rater the providers other performance as i had no claims.

The policy was easy to purchase and covered everything important. Price was excellent! Thankfully, it was not needed, but i had confidence it would have done everything expected of it if I had.

Did Not Need to File A Claim

we didn't contact company while we were away; our lugggage was delayed for 3 days and we just filed a claim last week. I called company before filing the claim and talked to someone who apparently isn't very customer friendly. she answered my question but clearly wasn't engaged in the process. we'll see how our claim is resolved

Thank goodness, didn't need the insurance. Performance to purchase was excellent.

The site is excellent! The side by side comparisons of the different policies saved me a lot of time and made my decision making relatively easy.

I called before purchasing the policy and got extremely good service. The representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The policy was issued very quickly.

Fortunately we didn't need to file a claim so I can't comment on that.
