I fell whilst on holiday in Mexico & broke my hip, had to have a total hip replacement. My partner interacted with tin leg once, & everything seemed to be great. I signed a form & the hospital said that they have dealt with TIN Leg before & were a great company. I have purchased the same policy for my trip to UK, hoping wont need to use it. Very pleased with the company. Cheers

Glad I didn’t need to use the insurance. I find all travel insurance so very expensive but this one seemed like what I needed.

This was our first experience with travel insurance. Now that we're older and health concerns can foil the best-laid plans, we thought it worth looking into. The process was easy and it was far more affordable than we expected. We'll be sure to consider it again, particularly for our overseas trips. We (thankfully) didn't need to file a claim so I can't speak to the quality of the claims process.

There was a lot of required documentation for the claim, but fortunately it was easy to submit it electronically. Overall the claims process went smoothly, though the communication was a little thin coming back from the company.
