I cannot say enough good things about how she handled the call and follow up. She asked about my wife and were we okay. Then provided me with good information I needed. Attempted to intervene with various groups to help me keep from spending thousands of dollars. She followed up further via email and follow up phone calls for several days. The claim was opened for me and I am now uploading documents. So far it has been very good

They covered what I expected,but were slower to process and finalize than I expected
“Travel Insured International policy: FlexiPAXWhile traveling in Japan I got sick and needed a doctor..Travel Insured got a doctor appointment for me via telehealth the same day! They were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process! I will definitely use them again for all my travel insurance needs in the future!!

I have notified Travel Insured International of the accident. I am in the process of assembling all the doctor affidavits and the trip and payment information. So far Travel Insured has been very helpful in sending the necessary forms.
