Submitted claim data on 8/12 and claim resolved (paid out) on 9/17. The receipt of claim data was acknowledged and then an apology for taking a little extra time was sent at approximately 4 weeks.

Their website works well accepting emailed claim documents avoiding trips to the Post Office.
“Travel Insured International policy: FlexiPAXHad to cancel trip due to spouse illness and inability to travel.
Documents relatively easy to upload but quite duplicative for unknown reasons — either poor or inattentive design, OR purposely confusing and confounding in an attempt to frustrate and delay the filing of the claim.
In process of review right now — taking longer than. The advertised 10-14 days.
