I filed a claim almost a week ago. No action has yet been taken on it. I have received no communication on the progress of it. This process is extremely frustrating and the communication very lacking.

Called customer service to modify the dates of our trip. It was handled quickly and efficiently.

My cruise on Celebrity Beyond was cancelled. There, I never left for my vacation.

No concerns at all. It was easy to increase my coverage as my expenses increased. Very friendly and efficient.

First time purchasing travel insurance as we were planning a trip to Mexico and a cruise to Alaska. Got food poisoning in Mexico and had to be treated there by a gastroenterologist. Filed a claim upon our return and was pleasantly surprised that the process went smoothly and the claim was paid. They do require receipts for diagnosis, treatment and medications so be sure to keep good records. We are very satisfied with squaremouth and will be using them moving forward.

Filing my claim was very easy and it was paid promptly.

I will file a claim to get back monies that I had to pay out of pocket because American Aiirlines was late arriving for a connecting flight to Rome. I was delayed a day and was put up in a hotel but they did not pay for food for my husband and myself durning my hold over until my rebooked flight 24 hours later.
