All contact with Travel Insured International was handled in a very professional manner.

Overall the experience was smooth from purchase to receiving my claim. I think the website for the claim submission process wasn't as straight forward as it could be, but I was still able to submit everything needed.

Great customer service!

Once I had all my paperwork completed, including the doctor's note of why I couldn't go on this trip and had to cancel the response was very very fast within a week I think and I received a check a few weeks later. Very easy, efficient and I appreciated that process

I make my decision based on what I need for the protection of the trip and what my circumstances are.
When I call for more information each rep is clear and concise and informative.
I have a small luggage claim and believe it will go smoothly.

My husband (who had a separate but identical policy) got sick on the plane to Europe and was in a hospital in Frankfurt for 10 days. I contacted your emergency line soon after we got to the hospital and the Robin Assist people were incredibly helpful, including getting us a nurse escort and business class seats so we could get home. Walking to the hospital one day, I turned my ankle, which resulted in relatively small out of pocket expenses for me.
In addition to the Robin Assist people I have spoken to two of your people, who have been very helpful.

I visited the medical office while on my transatlantic cruise. The process to file the claim was easy. I just needed to scan and submit the paperwork given to my by the medical office. The claim was paid in full in about 2 weeks.

Our claim was handled quickly and efficiently. The customer representative was very friendly and helpful. A great experience. I plan on another big trip next year and most likely purchase travel insurance with Travel Insured again. I have recommended them to others.

Easy fo talk to. However, still Waiting for claims form they said they will send us regarding overnite stay in Dallas due to bad storms. American airlines rescheduled flight for next day. So cannot give total experience. Have used squaremouth for many years, fortunately have never needed to submit a claim
