I thought the process was easy enough. The insurance was required.
The application was easy and clear. The information received was clear.
The best part everything on my trip went smooth and I did not have to make a claim but it felt good knowing I was covered if I had an unforseen event or accident.
I was surprised how easy it was to reach a real person and they were very helpful. We were on a trip to Egypt and needed to extend the policy dates. They made the process easy.
We had a last minute family emergency and needed to cancel our trip and filed a claim. The agent I spoke with on the phone was very professional and extremely compassionate. Very impressed with customer service.
Peace of mind is awesome. The insurance was much less expensive than what was offered by the cruise line, but was exactly what we needed. This gave us the peace of mind to thoroughly enjoy our cruise.
The only reason we bought travel insurance is because the destinations we traveled to (Kenya and Tanzania) required it. Otherwise, we wouldn't have bothered since it's expensive and adds to the cost of the trip. You really can't assess the quality of an insurance company or its policy until you file a claim, which most people are hesitant to do. Insuring against travel loss might be different, but I really can't attest to the value of having travel insurance since I didn't use it.
I’m attempting to file a claim now. The airline is Latam and I’m having trouble with the language barrier, Spanish is the primary language of Latam. I need a baggage claim form, report of airline delay or delivery service and verification of delay I’ve made several calls that end up with no resolution any assistance you could provide would be helpful.
All paperwork has been sent in. I am waiting completion of my claim.
Hello,
I believe the Travel Insured International (Squaremouth.com) is good and I am intend to file a claim later on within this week and see.

I recently had a medical emergency during a trip to Singapore and needed to spend a few hours in the ER for severe diarrhea. I contacted insurance company right away, and they connected me with Robin Assist. The phone assist was quick, while their email correspondence was a bit slow, the representative was helpful and offered to arrange direct payment to the facility. Unfortunately, the hospital didn't accept third-party billing—I had to cover the higher expenses out of pocket first. I was worried that my reimbursement might be reduced due to the "customary charge" clause in my policy, given the premium cost of a private hospital. Fortunately, I submitted my paperwork through their website on February 11 and receive my reimbursement in full on March 5. I didn't experience back and forth asking for more paper work kind of issues.
They are wonderful to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It’s a wonderful service. I had a unique situation- a child stuck in the Middel East due to the war and Squaremouth was so helpful and reassuring regarding my options. I’ve been a customer many years.
