I dealt with a phone rep. for your company. I believe her name was Stacey. She was outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Also, the prices for policies on the website for quite reasonable and competitive.
I am hoping I can still submit receipts for my claim. I did reach out during my trip to report I had Covid, and I believe I was told I have a year?
Policy was very well laid out, and when I did have a question via email, it got answered immediately - by a human not a bot (thank you). Easy to read and understand what was covered and what limitations were. Would buy again from them.
When traveling, especially for business purposes, plans change.
I needed to extend my trip. Couldn’t.
Ridiculous!
Bought another policy from a different company.
I had difficulties reaching your company while overseas ….by phone. Took several times to connect. Learned that what we lost was a policy exclusion.
Very profissional and well done. Thanks
Answered questions I had before purchase
Once the medical information was accepted the service was top notch in assisting my wife in getting transfers made. The glitch was in looking at the hospitalist initial report rather than the treating specialist. Bed to bed service was excellent even though airplane had a malfunction. We are assembling information to submit.
Please feel free to contact me in a few weeks to see how the claims process went.
I bought the insurance for a trip which was delayed by 2 days because airport was shut down. I was unable to use the Airbnb I paid for and I missed 2 days of my trip. Having purchased the trip delay portion of insurance I thought I would be compensated. I thought showing proof the airport was shut down and I couldn’t get out plus showing my receipt for Airbnb and airline would be enough for the minimum compensation they allow. But no they are not accepting this easily and I may not get compensation at all which makes the trip delay rider on this policy worthless. I would
Hate to see what kind of proof I would need to show if I actually had something serious happen.
