The insurance company I chose seemed to have everything I was looking for. I contacted the company to better understand the policy and spoke with someone who explained everything to me. I had no travel issues so didn’t need to contact the company again.

Terrific old-fashion, direct phone support, when we were figuring out how coverage & fees were structured. Representatives were plain-speaking & helpful. Esp concerning the fine points within coverage. Pricing was appealing.

They keep sending me the claim form with the wrong name. It should be for Rheal Melanson NOT Eugene. I am the daughter and bought the policy for three of us.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. The claim and the process exceeded my expectations. Our son got sick while on vacation, we ended up spending €315 on a doctor visit and medications. Once I submitted all receipts and roof of payment with the Euro to USD conversion rate, I had a check issued in less then two weeks. Definitely recommend, and will definitely use purchase the policy again for future travel.

I have used Squaremouth before and have had claims with other companies. The support from Squaremouth is top notch. I would recommend your company to my friends. I did not use Travel Insured as I ,thankfully, did not have a claim for this trip.

The amount of documentation needed for $150 claim for a hotel room is ridiculous. It’s going to be very difficult to get a statement from the airline.
