Superb assistance from the representative who helped us find what I consider the best fit for our trip, and the best price.
We’ve used policies through Squaremouth several times. Fortunately we’ve never needed help while traveling. Once we had to cancel because of a medical issue and were pleased with the rapid resolution of our claim.

We had to cancel our trip. We used "cancel for any reason". I was able to handle everything either on the website or through email. They were very responsive and quickly delivered our check. I will definitely use this provider for future trips.

Purchase process and interactions with customer service to address questions about policies were easy. Did not have to submit claim so no comment on that.

When our trip was interrupted due to an unexpected death in the family, the agent I spoke to was very helpful at clearly advising me and being sensitive to my situation. They make it easy to file the claim and also submitting the claim can be done in multiple ways.

My claim is still being processed so I don’t know how efficient that process will go until it’s over.

It was very easy to communicate with Travel Insured International. Every time I call, it is quickly answered. The representatives that I have interacted are knowledgeable and helpful. I have recently filed a claim, and will see how efficiently that department works.

The initial agent that helped us was marvelous. She handled the entire process of finding a nearby Dr and making an appointment that day. She helped inmensly, especially when one is not feeling well.

It was great! My husband did contact an agent to see if there was a tele dr he could connect with, but unfortunately the list they gave did not have any in Canada. There person he spoke with was very helpful and actually contacted him the next day to see how he was doing.
