Easy to purchase. Customer service very knowledgeable and helpful to purchase the correct policy for our trip.

I have not yet filed the claim, so have no feedback about that yet. I contacted customer service to verify that I had a valid claim per the policy I had purchased. The representative was helpful. My only disappointment so far was the wait time to speak with a representative.

In my experience Travel Insured International responds much quicker than other trip insurance companies, communicates very well, tries to reimburse you as much as possible and pays out claims months before other companies.

I have used them many times in previous travels. Fortunately, I did not need to contact them or file a claim for this trip.

Was straightforward to work with you. But when I did have questions I was on hold for a very long time.

Everything went smoothly on the trip, so we did not file a claim. Otherwise, we were very happy with the service.
