They were friendly, easy to work with. They explained everything well, sent and received forms easily, the computer interface on forms didn’t work well but emails were pretty good and phone service was excellent

We cancelled the trip. We opted to pay the cancellation fee to the cruise lines and keep the option to schedule another trip as the Square Mouth rep explained. But at our age, we didn't book anything and lost the money spent on the policy.

Once we provided all necessary documentation, a full payment for covered expenses was issued in a very timely manner.

The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely helpful in guiding me to the proper coverage for my age, health status and potential travel needs.
