  • Travel Insured International policy: FlexiPAX

After much research, we purchased your FlexiPAX policy because it offered industry leading Cancellation, Interruption & Medical coverage.
I spoke with your representative, Justin, on 4/11/25 to clarify the policy fine print in the event that we had to cancel our trip. He informed me that the policy would still be in force for 3 yrs from the date of purchase & that any changes must be made before the original trip departure date.
As with other forms of insurance, we felt the need to reduce our trip coverage in order to keep the premium within our budget.
Luckily we did not have to cancel our trip or file a claim, but having the travel insurance gave us peace of mind.
We have recommended your company to many of our traveling friends & will likely use your services again for our future travel.

We spoke to 2 agents before our trip and 2 upon return. In all instances, the claim representative was friendly, professional and helpful. We have a claim pending and hopefully, it will be handled as well. At this point, we would rate them highly.

I had to cancel my trip. I received partial payment on my claim and am waiting for rest to be processed. I was advised last week that it was approved. Still waiting.

Wonderful experience with calling the 24 hour helpline. They were very helpful and made sure I got the care I needed. They also called and emailed to check in on me.

The insurance I bought was for Canada, though the agent I spoke with was in the States. She was excellent. Personal, understood my situation. I believe she helped me purchase the best policy for my needs. In addition, I received all paperwork, etc. promptly.

    Greetings,
I submitted the data required to cover my costs of a cancelled flight. We caught a flight the next day and caught our cruise ship leaving Southampton, UK. I had to cancel a prepaid, nonrefundable transfer to the ship and 2 Uber rides. I got a response (below) requiring an exceptionally large amount of supporting data that will be, at this time, very difficult to obtain. I'm also going to be out of town, away from my desk and access to our trip data, which will make this process more complicated. I believe this is very unnecessary. Is it possible to streamline these data requirements?
In the past Squaremouth has been very good and fair to me. Being a repeat customer, I am hoping for an expedited settlement.
    Thank you for your consideration,
    Paul Sibole

I have been really pleased with your company and refer you to all of my traveling friends and family. My one claim was handled quickly and I was impressed with your follow-up. The agent I worked with made me feel like the company cared and wanted to be sure I was taken care of. I have purchased insurance three times now and will continue to do so every time I travel abroad. With travel so precarious these days, you really can't afford NOT to have travel insurance.
