No claims filed. Needed to adjust departure and return dates. They did so with no problem and no extra charges. Will probably use them again.

The purchase of travel insursance allowed me to travel with peace of mind knowing I had a company with the required expertise to rely on in the event of any unforeseen travel issues.

My cruise trip to Puerto Rico with my sister was canceled prior to the start of our trip due to my sister's fractured ankle. I contacted squaremouth insurance whose customer service was kind enough to submit a refund request to the travel ins co. And we got our refund with no problem at all. We also would like to thank Squaremouth for helping us go thru the refund process.

This is our second policy with Travel Insured. We've always found the service to be reasonable and the staff very helpful on those rare occasions that we have a question. We would definitely recommend this service to other travelers.

very easy to purchase; had to change the return date and done quickly with one phone call to customer service.

I called and the claim form sent out (emailed) to me with easy directions.
I got the MD's section signed, my list of expenses I was asking for reimbursement filled out and a copy of all my receipts. I also sent an itemized list of each of the receipts I sent and what for. I emailed copies back (or could have sent by regular mail).
They notified they got and that they approved all and all within less than 2 weeks and check sent to me promptly,
Everyone was easy to deal with and very helpful.
I am glad I got the travel insurance. Never had to use before and I hope never have to again but definitely worth the cost.

I really have no feedback except about when I spoke with a representative to get information about filing the claim. So far , so good. The only question I have is, " what happened to the claim documents that were mailed to me?" I still have not received them 2 weeks after my initial call. I called after 11 days and decided to have them emailed to me and find a printer . My documents have now been mailed.
