Called inquiring about filing a claim after return home and unlike when we were buying the policy ,the gentleman was very encouraging and polite, now the young lady was very negative,argumentative and snappish!

The process was quick and easy. The explanations of different terms and coverage was good. I dislike having to read all the writing and would prefer being able to get quotes on policies that already offer what I'm looking for. I would recommend Squaremouth to others,

Overall great experience

This was not my first policy with Travel Insured International. I have always found agents in customer service to be extremely helpful. This was the first time I had to file a claim (due to a change in health of a traveling companion). The process was easy and the claim was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Prior to departure, I called the customer service line to confirm travel insurance services I purchased, and confirm out-of-the-country telephone numbers to call...just in case.

The rate seemed very reasonable with what was covered.....The ratings by others were favorable.....I promptly received the information after purchasing. when I did call prior to our travel, the representatives were easy to reach and answered all my questions.

Fortunately, we did not have to make a claim.....

Easy, straight-forward selection of the type of insurance that I needed, and easy to purchase. Thankfully, I didn't need to submit a claim, so I cannot speak to the claim process. But having it was worth a great deal of peace of mind.

I had to delay my trip due to my mothers critical illness and hospitalization. Awaiting the physicians signature to file a claim.

I didn't purchase flight insurance at the time I purchased my ticket, however after contacting SquareMouth, I was able to get the insurance needed.
