My interaction with Travel Insured International was to verify that there would be no problem if we ended our trip in a different USA location than our home in Albuquerque. Once they understood that I was not asking for added days of insurance they quickly agreed. The only downside to the interaction was having to navigate their phone system.

My wife is pregnant with twins and due in May. Doctor would not allow travel at time of trip. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Already have claim settled. THANKS for the convenience.

Thank goodness for insurance, my husband was extremely ill and they were in contact with me the whole way. He was medivaced from Mexico and all was taken care of for me. Thankfully he survived and is doing well.

I have used the service 3 times now; only had one claim. This time no claim and a very good price for peace of mind.

A back injury sadly prevented our taking the trip as planned. I filed a claim before the River Cruise began, but I have not yet had the time to submit the paper work. Purchasing the policy was quick and easy. As I had no need to file a claim, I cannot give feedback on the process.

Thankfully, I have not needed any claims for my trip, but everything up to the taking the trip was very smooth and my one contact was very professional and friendly.

Pre-trip was very helpful. A claim is in process and I will evaluate once resolved.
