suited my purpose as I wanted insurance to cover me in case of a medical emergency. all else was gravy. I never used the insurance but nice to know it was there, just in case.

Had to file a claim because two people had to cancel for work reasons. They processed claim quickly and without hassle - I followed the directions they gave exactly and things went smoothly. We travel overseas VERY often for work and pleasure and this is the 2nd time in a year we have had to file claims because of canceling for work reasons - both times they paid without problems. Our claims were very legitimate and we had paper documentation to support them and they did what they said they would do.

I had purchased the insurance policy, when some additional costs were incurred which required coverage. I called and the customer service was very efficient and pleasant about making the adjustment. The trip went off as planned, but it was comforting to know that if it had not, we would not suffer financial loss.

Good experience. Have filed a claim with carrier for two consecutive overnight flight delays during return flights home and extra expenses incurred because of a flight change they made at the beginning of our flight which caused us to have to drive to another city and leave the car in parking for 13 days. Must wait for their response before I can finish filing your claim.

I had a few questions about different policies before purchasing so I contacted customer service. The person was very helpful in explaining the coverage of both policies so I was able to choose the one that was best for my trip. Although I didn't need to use the policy while I was traveling, I was much more at ease knowing that I had it.

Had to go to emergency room and have not gotten bills yet

Smooth transaction. Good to know we had insurance that we hoped we'd never need to use.

I was particularly impressed with the assistance provided by Travel Insured International when we telephoned about the illness that we had to have treated overseas. We felt informed and reassured, and had access to all information about changes to our flight plans had they been needed.

I have not yet filed the claim so cannot yet comment on the claim process, but so far it seems straight forward and per written information, as if all costs not covered by Medicare will be covered by our policy. It was so helpful to not have to worry about the insurance in addition to pneumonia! Thank you.
