When you file a claim they start playing games and in the end nothing is paid.
Called 24 hour assistance from New Zealand for lost baggage and I was told that my policy allows me to spend $200 a day up to $1,000 until baggage is delivered to you. Lodged claim for a couple hundred dollars for emergency items guess what you are not covered because amount spent is too big. This is your business practice and I see you are very good at it. Thanks god I did not get sick that would have been a nightmare dealing with the crooks.

I appreciate the coverage that was provided for our travel. Several years ago my parents took an overseas trip and my dad was injured, and his policy at the time only covered $50,000. Due to the extent of his injuries, and the amount of time he spent in a Japanese hospital, he had to be transported via air ambulance to the United States costing in excess of $150,000, of which the policy that he purchased at that time was $50,000. I would recommend to any person to purchase a more comprehensive policy that was provided with this company to cover incidents like this. You can never predict when something like this will happen, and you want to have a piece of mind.
