We had to cancel our trip, so we made a claim for reimbursement of our travel expenses. We submitted the claim, providing the documents using the checklist provided; were notified through e-mail about the progress of the claim; and were reimbursed quickly.

We highly recommend Travel Insured International.

One never knows how good (or bad) any insurance company is until he/she has to file a claim. It is rare for me to file insurance claims... but I will be doing so following this trip...because my baggage was lost for 3 full days...and I intend to invoke the baggage delay provisions of the policy. Once the claim (not yet filed) is completed, processed and paid I'll be in a better position to tell everyone how good(or bad) Travel Insured International really is.

Though I did not have a claim regarding this policy with Travel Insured International, I do have a claim pending on another (earlier policy). The required paperwork for filing was easy, clear and well organized. Customer service was friendly, helpful and professional. After two months, the claim has yet to be settled but I am confident that it will.
