We are currently preparing the claim, which runs over $3000.00. Insurance co has been cooperative thus far.

I was unable to connect with your claim department from the hotel front desk in Peru. I was put on infinite hold at a cost of $25 in phone charges and never got through. I tried pressing the star key to get a call back, but that didn't work either.

I look forward to a smooth claim filing experience and will let you know if I have problems with it.

I called with a question, prior to actually purchasing the policy, to help me clarify what was covered. The operator on the phone was very helpful, polite, and not in a rush to hang up with me (as many operators for other companies are).

The price was good & coverage for Medical & Evacuation was enough to put my mind to ease as we traveled through the Middle East & Asia. Thank you.

TI would not call me in Europe although I gave them the phone number. I had no access to internet or a phone overseas.
