Unfortunately, we didn't get to go on our trip. Everything dealing with our claim has been timely and professional. We will definitely use Squaremouth again.

I have not yet filed the claim for my medical treatment, but I am discouraged by the long list of detailed documentation I am expected to provide to the company, much of hitch seems irrelevant to my claim (a travel brochure from my tour?). I think it is all meant to discourage me from filing.

Very easy site to use - easy to increase coverage as our reservations increased. Did not need to file a claim so cannot speak to that aspect. However, the next time we take a trip out of the country, I would not hesitate to use Squaremouth.

This is the second time I have used Square Mouth and have been satisfied with the service and have felt comfortable traveling abroad knowing that you are with me. It was expensive but essential. Yes, I would recommend your company to a friend.

We had a terrible accident a few weeks before our safari and were told in no uncertain words by our agent 'EXPLORE" (won't use them again) that there were no refunds, hope you have insurance. Well we are glad we did and Travel insured quickly handled our claim, we expected a bit of hesitance in paying due to the large claim amount, but they responded withing a couple days and upon submitting simple forms and information the claim was paid quickly. Thanks for Helping us through a traumatic situation without any hassles.

On Call was very helpful during our health emergency. They were ready to provide emergency services if needed. very responsive to every email.

I would not use this firm again.
