I have used your agency before and everything went very well. Unfortunately, due to a freak accident less than 2 weeks before our trip, I had a fall and bruised my ribs badly and was forced to cancel our a trip which we had been looking forward to greatly. The only reason I gave you a 4* on purchasing was when I first called was given one quote and then when I went to book it later that day; the amount had changed (just a few $$$) due to age.
Otherwise, we were very satisfied and will use you again when necessary! Thanks for your promptness on the claim we had to file; just following your necessary documents for a claim was very simple!! Thank You.

Customer Service were very helpful and empathetic to the situation which resulted from a extremely bad accident suffered by my wife. The claims process was handled very smoothly and there was excellent communication throughout.

I purchased travel insurance 3 times in the last 2 years through SquareMouth and each time it was a good experience. The first time unfortunately I did have to file a claim and that went through okay [ after much paperwork].
The last time I had several questions to ask concerning the type of coverage I needed and the 2 times I called customer service, they were very knowledgeable and professional.

My trip was to Israel and so I had looked into making a claim for 100% of the cost of travel due to terrorism instead of the 75% coverage I had under the "Cancel for any reason" clause of the policy I purchased. Their definition of terrorism requires a statement by the US State Dept. on their website, but when I presented them with one due to the kidnapping and murder in June outside Jerusalem, they claimed that it didn't apply. Delta Airlines (big thumbs up to them for being a stand-up company for me in this situation) ended up refunding my ticket in the end, so I didn't have to make a claim, but I expect I would have had a lot of resistance to getting my claim paid in full.

I felt it was important to purchase trip insurance for the non cancelable, non refundable portion of our trip (air and apartment rental) and to obtain medical insurance coverage for the duration of our trip abroad. Squaremouth made it possible to easily compare travel policies and to choose TII's policy based on our individual requirements. I am unable to rate the TII insurance package completely as we did not need to file a claim. I would purchase travel insurance through square mouth again and if the travel insurance product met our needs in the future, I would not hesitate to purchase a TII policy again. Thanks very much.
