I was particularly impressed with the assistance provided by Travel Insured International when we telephoned about the illness that we had to have treated overseas. We felt informed and reassured, and had access to all information about changes to our flight plans had they been needed.

I have not yet filed the claim so cannot yet comment on the claim process, but so far it seems straight forward and per written information, as if all costs not covered by Medicare will be covered by our policy. It was so helpful to not have to worry about the insurance in addition to pneumonia! Thank you.

Travel Insured and Squaremouth together run one of the worlds largest fraud and deception practice reaping millions from innocent customers. Paint beautiful pictures in customers mind by promising the whole world and the innocent customer thinks she/he is in good hands. When you file a claim they start playing games and in the end nothing is paid.

Called 24 hour assistance from New Zealand for lost baggage and I was told that my policy allows me to spend $200 a day up to $1,000 until baggage is delivered to you. Lodged claim for a couple hundred dollars for emergency items guess what you are not covered because amount spent is too big. This is your business practice and I see you are very good at it. Thanks god I did not get sick that would have been a nightmare dealing with the crooks.

Lord is watching and you will pay one day for deceptive business practice. You got away close to $500 from me for premium and claims together.

I appreciate the coverage that was provided for our travel. Several years ago my parents took an overseas trip and my dad was injured, and his policy at the time only covered $50,000. Due to the extent of his injuries, and the amount of time he spent in a Japanese hospital, he had to be transported via air ambulance to the United States costing in excess of $150,000, of which the policy that he purchased at that time was $50,000. I would recommend to any person to purchase a more comprehensive policy that was provided with this company to cover incidents like this. You can never predict when something like this will happen, and you want to have a piece of mind.

The people were very helpful and answered every question. It was worth the money to know I was covered for all sorts of problems that I might encounter. I am glad I did not have a problem but it was nice to have know that if I did there would be someone to help.

I think there was a computer glitch so it was hard to sign up. there was support though that sorted it out.
