No claim needed to file. It was nice to get travel insurance for less then half what my travel agent quoted for the same policy. I did get sick on my trip on the last day and was worried about not getting home, but made it. Having the insurnace made me feel better about making the decision.

Unfortunately, althoughI was able to go, my wife had to cancel her trip at the last moment. The claims process was easy and courteous and was processed extremely fast. I would recommend this insurerer unreservedly.
