We needed to adjust our dates after purchase and it was not difficult
I initially entered the birthday day-of-month of one of the trip travelers incorrectly by 4 days. I couldn't edit any part of the birthday after purchasing the policy and had to call customer service to get it corrected. Although the agent was very nice and they readily accepted the correct date, I had to add a to-do to my calendar and go through a validation process after already going to the trouble of trying to edit online. Seems like you could easily build logic into the online form editor allowing trivial birthdate changes. If the customer wants to make a change that is too consequential, inform then to call customer service just in that situation.
I had good service reps. I actually had to back my dates of coverage up due to flight changes and they made it easy. Definitely will use the next time we travel!

Simply Just Excellent
Submitted my claim with all documentation on December 23rd. Some of the documents had been sent prior to this and had to be sent a second time because they claimed not to have received them. There have been delays because of the holidays which I understand, and I was supposed to receive notification that my claim was being finalized by an analyst by January 26th. All these delays again because of another Public Holiday. I am still awaiting my refund, but what is obvious is that this company does not have sufficient analysts to process claims. This is a company I will advise others to not use.
