I had to call the provider directly to e-mail me a copy of the coverage as it was not sent when ordered through Squaremouth, but when I did call, a pleasant young woman immediately e-mailed me a copy... perhaps there was an oversight in the computer system...

The policy was what we felt we wanted just in case something happened while we were on our trip. We did not have to use it and file a claim. It was easy to get the insurance and the price was fair. We would purchase through Squaremouth again.

I had no personal dealings with the provider prior, during or after the trip

I fortunately did not need to process a claim, and so had no interaction with the company other than the confirmation email establishing the terms of the agreement.

Had to cancel my trip due to medical emergency 1 week before departure date. Notified Travel Insured 2 days after accident and received electronic claims forms within 2 days. Forms were easy to complete. I collected documents required from travel agent, credit card company and doctor, submitted forms a couple of weeks later and received an email confirming receipt of my package. Eleven days later I received a check. Great service.

I had to cancel my trip due to surgery and so the people were great at helping me to get all the paper work and to promply get me my money back. I will always get trav l insurance for every trip from now on that is for sure. You never know when you will need it.

My wife had to see a doctor while in New Zeland and was diagnosed with bronchaitis. Are these costs covered.
