Before Trip
Customer Service was very helpful, easy to reach, and answered all of my questions. Having some insurance gave me the confidence to put together a great trip!

During Trip
I didn't end up needing help during my trip.

Claim Process
I didn't make any claims.

Very easy to compare prices and customize the insurance package.

During Trip
We had to make a claim due to a delay in travel. I called them from the airport, and they were very helpful, explained what documentation I needed to keep and best of all told us not to worry about filing anything until we returned.

Claim Process
We received only half of our claim because we arrived at our destination in time to spend the night in our room (around 9:00pm). Half was reimbursed to cover any activities/events missed during the day. (original arrival time was supposed to be 12:30pm)

I really can't rate because my sister arranged the insurance but it was documented quickly.

During Trip
I didn't need to call the hotline or ask for any help.

During Trip
We never had to use but have a family member who has used Travel Insured International in the past year for medical reasons and was very happy with their service.

Never had to use - see previous comment.

You are asking me for feedback from last September. Sorry but I can't recollect anything overly positive or negative.

Everything went as planned. There was no need to use the insurance.
